Poster Submission Requirements and Guidelines

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Abstracts can be submitted by an individual or multi-disciplinary team.
  • Abstracts should highlight original research in projects emphasizing areas of evidence-based or innovative practices related to the field of interior design. Some suggested areas of interest include:
    • Studies involving emerging research
    • Research in practice - a project example with detailed applications of research to enhance the built environment and/or the experience
    • Product design research
    • Advocacy or regulatory history and future directions
    • Student capstone projects involving research or innovative approaches
  • Abstracts may have been presented or published elsewhere, but the information must be current and relevant to our audience.
  • Limit to Two (2) entries per individual email address. Only one (1) abstract can be submitted per paper or project.
  • Entry fee is $75 per submission.  Payment of entry fees are required for submission consideration.
